Garter Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. established in 1982, capital NT$10,000,000 joint venture with several machine manufacturers. Garter has export whole-plant equipment/machinery for PP woven sacks, double side printed OPP + PP woven fabric laminated bag, PP tubular inside laminated bag, laminated PP + paper cement bag, PE tarpaulin, HDPE net bag and other relevant plastic machinery .
Since then, Garter has signed up more than 45 customers several years ago in Pakistan, for whole plants to make PP woven sacks. In order to provide better customer service and to further develop overseas markets, Garter has established Garter Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. and Garter Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. as a branch office and factory, which has been in service since September, 1993 and April 1998.
Garter Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. manufacture PP woven sacks, jumbo bag and Polyolefin Resin Modefier "GT-Calpet" supply to whole of world.
Other new markets that Garter plans to explore include the Middle East, Europe and Africa. In fact, the company received many orders for a PP woven sacks plant and Laminated PP + paper cement bags plant from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Syria in past two years.
Garter has a great history of experience with manufacturing the aforementioned products. In fact, Hsu's (Garter's Managing Director) father used to be the owner of the Polon Fiber Industry Co. Ltd. one of the largest local makers of PP woven sacks. This new style bag accept by food industry extensively, it able to print beautiful picture on the OPP film and laminating with PP woven fabric together achieve waterproof, strong enough and pretty packing bag, especial in American market welcome by all the material supplier.
b. PP Tubular Inside Laminted Bag
Pass time maker supply outside laminated PP tubular woven sack to the chemical industries who requires waterproof material package, such as sugar, flour and some powder material, but outside lamination create the bag sliding when transport, and tear off the printed picture on sack.
