PURPOSES:
The knitted PE cloth is seamed with a high-pressure seaming machine, then cut properly, and finally sent to this edging machine for reinforcement of the edge with a rope seamed right inside of the folded edge.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATIONS:
1. Fold the PE cloth inward 30 mm to 40 mm from the edge; feed the folded PE cloth into the guiding device, and insert a rope close to the folding line, then load them under the press roller. This Edging Machine is controlled by photo-electronic detectors so when the PE cloth feeding stops the hot-air seaming device moves away from the knitted PE cloth almost simultaneously; and this edging machine is easy to operate.
2. Welding edge width: Variable in the range 25-45 mm.
3. Reinforcement rope: 3 m/mpp rope or linen rope.
4. Numbers of welding heads: one side or both sides.
