WELL-DESIGNED CIRCUIT LAYOUT
· The loom employs an inverter control and PLC instead of regular contactor, providing accurate, fast response and user-friendly operation.
· Total power consumption is extremely low: 5.2 A only at 150 rpm/shuttle, resulting in 30% power savings and 50% more production.
· The circuit board is arranged clearly for optimum utility.

SHUTTLE LUBRICATION AUTOMATIC
The automatic lubricator for the shuttle by PLC controlled, for outstanding lubrication effect at a setting frequency which ensures an extremely smooth traverse for shuttles.
   
CLOTH WINDER
The unit is driven with high speed motor + magnetic disk gear box incorporating a friction winding design with step-less variable speed, which produces extremely tight winding of cloth roll. Also, there's big winding capacity--up to 100 cm in diameter.
   
WEFT DENSITY CONTROL
The latest take-up roller design with 1/4 HP servo motor + reducer synchronizing with inverter of main motor to control weft density precisely.
