Chiller assures the water cooling system without worry while producing in high speed.
Stretching oven, double layers hot air circulation design, makes stronger tension yarns within a stable denier range.
Annealing chill Roller, anneals the yarn for releasing inner force, make yarn forming with stronger tension.
Take-up winders, fitted with modern design (MAGNETIC STYLE) of auto tension control for more production performance.

Main Motor:
Fitted with A.C. motor with Japanese FUJI Inverter Control

This latest Inverter Control features save electricity synchronal control with Take-up unit, stretching & Annealing unit for easy operating.
 
T-die with Auto filter Changer:

Designed of precision grain, rod heaters can be added to our T-die temperature average, allows for stable qualified films from yarns ranging 500-2000 denier. Our latest designed "Auto screen change filter" can operate much longer than general type of filters, less waste materials left, saving your producing cost.
All the temperature control with SSR (Solid State Relay) instead of regular Magnetic Contactor. Saving a lot of electricity system.
   
Latest Designed Take-up Unit:
Fitted with synchronous driving motor+reducer.

Unit can make the film even to average tension for better slitting. The pneumatic rubber roller is safe and easy to operate.
   
Take-up Roller:
Equipped 5 pieces hard chrome plated roll, driving with chain wheel, control by the inverter motor, powerful and stably.
   
Slitting Unit:
Composed of 5-way razor blades.

Unit can hold five sets of razor blades at a time. Interruption for blade changing during operation is not necessary.

   
   
   
Side Yarn Reclaiming System:
Assembled with crusher, conveying blower and pressure screw

The thicker yarn, both sides of film, is reclaimed by the unit. After being crushed, yarn pieces are blown into storage tank, and are conveyed together with raw resin to the hopper via pressure screw for re-extruding, without wasting materials.

Four forcing knives in the crusher break yarn into pieces, then substance is conveyed to storage tank via conveying blower.
Pressure Screw:
Part of reclaiming system.

The broken yarn pieces are very light, sometimes filled with static electricity, so the pressure screw is used to force pieces into hopper for re-extruding together with raw resin, without jamming problems.

Stretching Oven:
Designed with double layers hot air circulation 

Latest double layers designed make air circulation equally hot, creating a regular and average component structure of yarn. This results in stronger tension yarns within a stable denier range. The pneumatic switch controls the cover of oven, up and down, easily and safely.
   
Stretching & Annealing Roller with Synchronal Control System:
Heavy hard-chrome plated.

The roller's surface is hard enough to bear steel knife cutting, so that rollers are ensured to roll up without being ground by the yarn. The special bearing seat design and balance of roller assures stability while running at high speeds.
Last two roll with chill water circulation system, be sure two sides surface of yarn cloud be cool down immediately. Also equipped static electricity erase device. A void the yarn catch on the Roller easily.
   

   
   
Take-up Winder (Magnetic Style):
The latest design for higher line-speed performance.

This unit can wind yarn at a maximum line speed at 350 m/min. And the yarn's tension can control rpm of winding shaft for winding stable tension spindles without constant operator monitoring. Simple operation and excellent production performance.
Latest Auto. Tension Control Cross Winders FW-300 ( max winding speed: 350 M/min)
Each spindle is fitted with a high-speed motor (2,800 rpm) for higher production performance. Its connecting with magnetic disk takes up the winding shaft depending on yarn tension, can automatically adjust the rpm of the winding shaft in order to reach proper tension. This latest design increases production efficiency.
