Side
Yarn Reclaiming System:
Assembled with crusher, conveying blower
and pressure screw
The thicker yarn, both sides of film, is
reclaimed by the unit. After being crushed,
yarn pieces are blown into storage tank,
and are conveyed together with raw resin
to the hopper via pressure screw for re-extruding,
without wasting materials. |

The broken yarn pieces are very light, sometimes
filled with static electricity, so the pressure
screw is used to force pieces into hopper
for re-extruding together with raw resin,
without jamming problems. |

Oven:
Designed with double layers hot air
circulation
Latest double layers designed make air
circulation equally hot, creating a
regular and average component structure
of yarn. This results in stronger tension
yarns within a stable denier range.
The pneumatic switch controls the cover
of oven, up and down, easily and safely.

& Annealing Roller with Synchronal
Control System:
Heavy hard-chrome plated.
The roller's surface is hard enough
to bear steel knife cutting, so that
rollers are ensured to roll up without
being ground by the yarn. The special
bearing seat design and balance of roller
assures stability while running at high
speeds.
Last two roll with chill water circulation
system, be sure two sides surface of
yarn cloud be cool down immediately.
Also equipped static electricity erase

Take-up
Winder (Magnetic Style):
The latest design for higher line-speed
performance.
This unit can wind yarn at a maximum
line speed at 350 m/min. And the yarn's
tension can control rpm of winding shaft
for winding stable tension spindles
without constant operator monitoring.

Latest Auto. Tension Control Cross Winders FW-300 ( max winding speed: 350 M/min)
Each spindle is fitted with a high-speed motor (2,800 rpm) for higher production performance. Its connecting with magnetic disk takes up the winding shaft depending on yarn tension, can automatically adjust the rpm of the winding shaft in order to reach proper tension. This latest design increases production efficiency. |
