Machine Feature:

Outside layer (layer A) contains only 3% of Polyolefin resin modifier which makes the dehydration process more effective when the film comes through the water quench at high speed for thorough cooling. But one of composition CaCo3 has the characteristic of absorbing water, so the higher percentage shall keep more water on the surface that will result in yarn broken easily during stretching proceed.

Three Layer and Single layer film comparison:

Normally Single layer film if contain up to 20% of Polyolefin resin modifier that makes the dehydration process more difficult than contain lower percentage. The advantage of three layer film that able to accept the middle layer (layer B) contain up to 28% with outside two layers contain 3% only. This will helping the film to dehydrate efficiently and at the same time maintain high durability during stretching proceed.
